“MEDITATION”

“There is good news for all of us,
(soils on earth/under the earth/in the air & universe),
that “JESUS CHRIST” has accepted to play a key role in this Book,
to help us at every stage of our Meditation”.

Further he assures & gives the guarantee that in case you are unable to clear your sins, even after learning all the steps mentioned in this Book, then you can get rid of all your sins by pouring water (in the morning after bath) on the figure of God made in this Book.

Then all your sins will be cleared & special blessings of God will reach at your door step. While pouring the water with both hand on the holy figure you can imagine the figure before your eyes (by closing down your eyes) & pray for the mercy of God & speak in your heart with the feelings you have experienced during the course of reading & acting as per the guidelines of this Book.

Some people have already adopted their Guru, or some are not interested in adopting any Guru. Hence you need not adopt this logo as your Guru, but you can accept him as your teacher during the course of reading this Book and later on you have liberty to do whatever you want.

1. Presume this logo as your Teacher.
   

2. This teacher will enlighten the laboratory existing in your body.
   

3. This teacher will guide you how to maintain your Lab/Body.
   

4. This teacher will guide you how to invite other soils in your laboratory.
   

5. This Teacher will guide you, how to conduct experiments in this lab & what sort of precautions are required for these successful experiments.
   

6. This teacher will constantly assist you in conducting such experiments, where he knows that you can fail in doing such experiments.
   

7. This teacher informs you that the person who has made more mistakes in his life will be more susceptible to conduct successful experiments, as he already knows the reasons behind such mistakes.

8. This teacher will never guide you to disclose your bad habits or deeds to your near & dear one, because he knows that if your image is destroyed in front of your near & dear ones, you will loose the inspiration to improve yourself.

9. This “Teacher” will work in your movable lab & fix the place & time for you to modify your thinking.
   

10. This “Teacher” is controlling the whole universe through his followers & now they will be all working in this Book (whatever the quantum of this Book may be circulated) for all the readers to enlighten their brain on the spot.
    

11. The time you start doing experiments as per the instructions of this Book, you will realize the rewards of your actions & your affection towards this “Teacher” will increase automatically.

”MEDITATION is an imagination & your confidence in it.
It can show you the path of “Rest in the Peace of Mind”.
Now imagine that the following symbol is God:-

Let us suppose that we are swimming in the sea & have lost our confidence to swim further due to the fear of death. But all of sudden we see the above symbol in the shape of wood, coming towards us & this symbol of wood has picked us up from the water & kept us on his body. Then the relaxation you feel is your own imagination.

At the time when you were sinking, you were not even bothered to think of your belongings / family & assets owned by you. You were in the continuous process of saving yourself.

When you are saved you will either thank God or will say that God has sent this wood to save you or God has come in the shape of this wood, who saved your life. Then your belief in God will increase day by day. Some people may think that it is the reward of your “Good Deeds” that God saved you.

Finally the above designed spiritual power is existing in your body & only with its mercy today you are moving towards “Rest in the Peace of Mind”.

TO ACTIVATE YOUR BRAIN - STEP 42

Similarly this whole universe is a sea & you are swimming in it since long , & trying to find a way to come out. But all your efforts are putting you in several lives ahead to born.

God has sent you in this universe (Mind) & along with you he sent his spiritual powers to see how you can get happiness with your efforts.

Several times during your movements in this universe, your spiritual power guided you about your actions & rewards, but you neglected your spiritual power . Instead of taking the help from your inner power you rely on outsiders & they ditch you in such a way that either you are clearing the rewards of your old deeds OR while clearing the reward of old deeds you are creating new liabilities, which you have to clear in the future course of life.

Today once again your spiritual power has approached you & is ready to guide you at every step, in order to take you back to God for “Rest in the Peace of Mind”. With your dirty deeds you are becoming blind day by day & so does your brain with the dirt of your own deeds. If both of you (Mind & Brain) remain blind & still believe others, who have brought you at this stage, then how do you expect your inner spiritual power will help you?

First of all you have to stop believing such powers, which give you temporary happiness & dig a grave for you. AND now onwards you have to rely on your spiritual power. Now we will learn how to worship our internal spiritual powers so that it may start teaching us the path & the steps to be taken for “Rest in the Peace of Mind”.

TO ACTIVATE YOUR BRAIN - STEP 43

“RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN I, YOU & GOD.”

There is no difference between you & me, because we both are the sons of God. When my spiritual power caught my hand, then I realized that only by his light I can get “Rest in the Peace of Mind”. So I decided to tell you that you can also make friendship with your spiritual power & it is the only power, who can guide you to the way of “Rest in the Peace of Mind”. Listen to the actual facts of our miserable condition:-

Long time ago you & I (son of God) were living with God & one time we decided to see this universe made by our God & put our desire before him.

God instructed us to go & see the universe & exchange our happiness with others by removing their sorrows. We further requested God to show us the way to come back. At that time God provided us his light & advised us to move as per his light’s instruction.

But when we came in this universe, it is/was so beautiful that we both decided that in case we want to enjoy this universe we need not follow our light - because the instruction of light was to first provide happiness to others by removing their sorrows & in exchange wait for its rewards. We both thought that it was a waste of time to wait for rewards (happiness), as we could get happiness, as & when we desire.

Finally we both stopped following light’s instruction with the hope that while going back to God, we will use this light. Hence we committed several mistakes, to get our happiness & we did not even bother to see that the opposite Mind was becoming more & more miserable due to our foolish desires.

So our purpose of coming in this universe was something else but now we find that the burden of the rewards of our deeds is so heavy that we can not even hope to ask our light to take us back to our God.

Note: Until & unless you are not going to clear the debts of your deeds, you can not plan to go back to your God (Father).

“BUT WHERE THERE IS A WILL, THERE IS A WAY”.

TO ACTIVATE YOUR BRAIN - STEP 44

“HOW WE CAN START TALKING WITH OUR 'SPIRITUAL POWER' ”

First of all we must call or imagine the spiritual power to whom we want to talk to . We must link him with some shape or name. We made “Swastik ” & kept his name Swastik. But it is not compulsory that you accept this shape & name.

As per your religion & desire you can modify the shape & keep the name you like. Because it will be easy for all of us to speak with each other.

As you know water is water, you may change it in the shape of wine, milk , juice, rains, sea water etc. & can represent it by different names but basic water is water. Similarly ‘Spiritual Power’ is a light available in everyone & we have the right to imagine its shape & name for our convenience

Today the amazing part of our present situation is that, how we dig our own graves.

From the time we came on this earth, our light is with us & moving with us as per the instruction of God, in spite of our not moving as per instruction of God. We neither inform this light about our pure desire to go back nor did we make any efforts to rectify our bad deeds.

We have taken different types of lives since we came in this universe & tried to make different enemies/Friends & relatives but none of them supported or helped us at the time of our sorrows. We did everything for them & today they are no more with us. They left behind only one word with us, as our deeds were committed by us for our own happiness, how can they bear the punishment of our deeds.

Only our internal light remains with us with the hope that one day, God’s word will become true & we will ask our light to take us back to God.

TO ACTIVATE YOUR BRAIN - STEP 45

“MEDITATION (WORSHIP)”

OR

Early in the morning at the time you wake up, recall the super powers, present inside your body. This should be your imagination. Touch his feet (means touch your feet) & then put your hand on your eyes. Then start praying & begging as under:-

1. Its been a long time since I (Swastik & Mind) came into this universe, but its only today that I have realized that I have neglected you.

2. Now that I have realized my foolishness. I am ashamed of my all earlier deeds, due to which not only I am miserable but I have also made you miserable.

3. Everyone to whom I believed & hoped upon, that one day they will help me, ditched me, but you were always by my side.

4. Now you are the only source who can help me at this time when my darkness has reached its peak level.

5. I still remember the word of God, at the time when I/we came into this universe, that he would take me back to God.
   

6. No doubt if God opens my record, which is full of filth (dirts), I shall have no hope that God will take me back till I rectify my sins.

7. Today I have also realized that the burden of my sins is so big, that even if I plan to rectify them, I can not do it. Because I know till I do not pay the interest of the sins, generated by me, how can I pay the principal amount for my sins. More over the interest of my sins is increasing day by day & I am also developing new sins while paying the interest of the older sins.

8. My condition is like a spider, I am trying to climb up but falling down again & again

“MEDITATION (WORSHIP)”

OR

9. You gave me precautions & indications several times but I did not pay attention to them.
   

10. Please drive me right now onwards, as I have fully surrendered myself to you, with all the powers I have along with my sins, as I am unable to pull on with them.
    

11. Please keep my eyes/ears & thinking close, towards those who are still anxious to do some thing wrong.
    

12. Now I do not want anything. I am prepared to move with you anywhere you take me.
    

13. Now my happiness & sorrows are with you.
    

14. So many people are after me to recover their dues of sins made by me, and I am afraid that they will put me in such a place where I may loose you forever.
    

15. I want to loose every thing I have been given/stolen at your cost. I only want your shelter & hope that you will drive me in the right direction from today onwards.
    

16. I also understand that till I don’t pay the principal & the interest (sins+sin’s interest), to whom I have made sins, they will not release me. But you are great above all & with your mercy & by taking my hands in your hand, I can cross this path of sins lying in my ways.

Note: “This worship’s feeling should be regular, with your internal power by imagination”.

TO ACTIVATE YOUR BRAIN- STEP 47

“MEDITATION (WORSHIP)”

FATHER-MOTHER & IN-LAWS

You have come to this stage due to your parents.
You got an opportunity of birth through them.
Similarly,early in the morning at the time you wake up recall your parents & inlaws, imagine them before your eyes, bow your head before them.
Similarly recall your parents & inlaws for the last 100 lives you passed & also bow your head before them”.

You should beg & pray:-

1. I was/am your child & I have no words to thank you. Today because of you I am here, & I have been given an opportunity to worship you on behalf of all of us.
   

2. I do not know how to develop a relationship with my internal light (), but I am sure that you are the only best source for me, who can guide me & show the steps to be taken by me.
   

3. I have now planned to work hard as per the instructions given by my internal light, so as to bring us all out of each & every sin, we have committed, in the past several lives & present life. I need your warm blessings.
   

4. Now I find that there is no difference between my parents & in-laws, because we are all the part of the same family moving in the universe for “Rest in the Peace of Mind”. So I decided to take up an opportunity to become a bridge for all of you enabling us to march on the bridge moving towards “Rest in the Peace of Mind”. Once again I need your blessings & guidelines.

TO ACTIVATE YOUR BRAIN - STEP 48

” MEDITATION (Internal Light)”

“RELATION OF YOUR MIND & INTERNAL LIGHT

”You are hereby guided about your relation with your light inside, & how to imagine & worship it:-“.

1. You should adopt your internal light as your husband & consider yourself (Mind) as his wife, your body as his house, your children as his children & God as your in-laws.
   

2. Your parents are the only source of your birth but you have to pass the whole life with this light.
   

3. You should give your true feelings/co-operation/faith & every thing that belongs to you, to this light (your husband), so as to keep him satisfied.
   

4. You surrender yourself before this light & pray to him to guide you at each & every step at every moment.
   

5. Tell him that you want to see happiness through his eyes only & imagine that today you are very safe because your husband is with you. Now your husband will guide you & shall give you the procedure you should adopt for his happiness, through this Book.
